a. Purpose: To designate adequate area for industrial uses that are
incompatible with non-industrial uses.
b. Zoning Districts: Only the following zoning districts shall be deemed
in conformance with the land use plan, except as provided for under Section
18.89.060D major resort community, Section 18.89.030A3b plan policies,
or Section 18.90.030E specific plans:
1) CI-1 Light Industrial Zone
2) CI-2 General Industrial Zone
3) CI-3 Heavy Industrial Zone
4) CPI Campus Park Industrial Zone
5) GC Golf Course Zone
