(Quinn United For Cricket, applicant) on property at 3401 E. Wilds Road, in a GR-1 zone, requests a conditional use permit for a communication tower/utility pole replacement. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.07.030H2d5 of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a communication tower/utility pole replacement meeting certain conditions as a Type I conditional use in the CR-1 zone.
