P21-07-020 PLAZA COLONIAL DEVELOPMENT LP - E. SKYLINE DRIVE (Matthew A. McKinnon, applicant) on property at 2870 E. Skyline Dr. #120 in a CB-1 zone, requests a conditional use permit for a restaurant with liquor license. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.43.030G of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a restaurant with liquor license as a Type I conditional use in the CB-1 zone. (District 1)
