P21-07-010 JAMES H. & LINDA J. SHARP - W. BRIGGS ROAD on property at 1360 W. Briggs Road, Ajo, Arizona in an SH zone, requests a conditional use permit for a bed and breakfast establishment. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.09.020L of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a bed and breakfast establishment containing a maximum of four guest bedrooms as a Type I conditional use in the SH zone.
