P21-06-017 DONALD DAVIS & PEGGY JONES - S. DANCIL DRIVE on property located at 26995 S. Dancil Drive, in an RH zone, requests a conditional use permit for a water pumping and distribution facility. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.13.030B28 of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a water pumping and distribution facility as a Type II conditional use in the RH zone. (District 3)

P21-06-018 BARNYARD HERITAGE LLC - W. INA ROAD on property at 2960 W. Ina Road (Donald & Lorrie Klump, applicants) in a CB-1 zone, requests a conditional use permit for a restaurant with liquor license. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.43.030G of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a restaurant with liquor license as Type I conditional use in a CB-1 zone. (District 1)
