P21-04-004 CARLSON/FEHSER - S. EISENHOWER ROAD on property at 8973 S. Eisenhower Road , in a CI-2 zone, requests a conditional use permit for a septic sewage disposal facility. Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.07.030K3a requires a septic sewage disposal facility to obtain a Type I conditional use in the CI-2 zone when the use is situated less than 1320 feet from the boundary of any zone other than CPI, CI-1, CI-2, OR CI-3. (District 2)
