SPEAKING PROCEDURE

1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker’s cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.

2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.

3. Speakers will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group.

4. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.

5. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

4) FEES SCHEDULE MODIFICATION – DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TRANSFERS
Adds a section to the Fees Schedule for appeals of calculations of development rights, replacement of lost, stolen or destroyed development rights certificates, and requests to reduce required minimum densities within receiving areas.

The subject site is located on the southeast corner of Camino De Plaza and La Cresta Road, approximately 400 feet north of Overton Road. MODIFICATION OF REZONING (SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE) CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC HEARING

6) Co9-01-45 CASAS ADOBES BAPTIST CHURCH – LA CHOLLA BOULEVARD REZONING #3
Request of Sierra Bravo Properties and Casas Adobes Baptist Church, represented by Stantec Consulting Inc., for a modification (substantial change) of the following rezoning conditions: condition #11 requiring adherence to the preliminary development plan as approved by the Pima County Board of Supervisors, condition # 14 pertaining to the number and location of buildings, condition #28 pertaining to the location of trash dumpsters, condition #32 requesting to change the architectural style for a proposed medical office complex, and condition # 36 to include medical and dental office uses and outpatient clinics. Rocket Road and adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad., in Section 8, Township 16 South, Range 16 East, in the Rincon Southeast/Santa Rita (North) Subregion. (District 4).

8) Co7-07-02 PIMA COUNTY – POLICY S-8 TUCSON MOUNTAINS NORTH (TM/AV) PLAN AMENDMENT (MINOR REVISION)
Request of Pima County to amend the Pima County Comprehensive Plan Special Area Policy S-8 (B) Tucson Mountains North (TM/AV) [5-01], to rectify a text error pertaining to open space dedication. The policy covers the northern portion of the Tucson Mountains/Avra Valley Subregion, portions of Township 13 South, Range 12 East; Township 13 South, Range 13 East; Township 14 South, Range 12 East and Township 14 South, Range 13 East. Request of Steven Canatsey & Shirley Hall represented by Frank Thomson & Associates, LLC, for a mitigation plan review for two-story residential buffer to allow the addition of a 1,496 square-foot second-story located at 4602 N. Paseo Pitiquito, in the CR-1 zone. The property is located on the east side of Paseo Pitiquito, approximately 3,000 feet east of Craycroft Road. (District 1)
