SPEAKING PROCEDURE
1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker’s cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.
2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.
3. Speakers will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group.
4. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.
5. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

9) Co7-05-19 PIMA COUNTY – EAST ANDRADA ROAD/ BLM LAND MAJOR PLAN AMENDMENT
Re-referral of Comprehensive Plan Rezoning Policies for clarification and further consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission and subsequent action by the Board of Supervisors. The Planning and Zoning Commission originally recommended approval of these plan amendments on Oct 26, 2005, and the Board adopted the plan amendments with additional policies on December 13, 2005. On January 10, 2006, the Board referred policy language back to the Commission to consider certain additional policies from the Board not considered by the Commission in its original recommendation to the Board, and also to consider reconciliation as may be necessary between the added policies and those originally recommended by the Commission and staff.
