Call to the Audience

SPEAKING PROCEDURE

1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker’s cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.

2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.

3. Speakers will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group.

4. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.

5. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

Request of Lee Plaza LC, represented by Gordon Stone of Stantec, for a rezoning of about 95.4 acres, including 44.2 acres from GR-1 (Rural Residential) to CR-4 (Mixed Dwelling Type Zone) and 51.2 acres to GR-1® (Rural Residential-Restricted), on property located approximately 600 feet north of Valencia Road and west of and adjacent to Mark Road. MODIFICATION (SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE) OF REZONING CONDITIONS

11) Co9 88 25 WETMORE #2 7198 FAIRVIEW AVENUE REZONING
Request of Dobbs Motors of Arizona, represented by Planning Resources, for a modification (substantial change) of the following rezoning conditions: #13D which references an agreement between Pima County Flood control and previous owner; #15 which references adherence to a preliminary development plan; #16 which references access point to the site; #17 which references landscaping and bufferyards; #22 which limits the height of the buildings to 20 feet; #24 which requires a minimum 20 feet wide bufferyard; #25 which limits building heights and setbacks from residential uses; #26 which requires joint access points with adjacent properties along Wetmore Road; and #27 which references an agreement between Pima County Flood Control and the previous owner. The proposed use is an auto dealership, the same as previously approved. The subject property is approximately 6 acres, is conditionally zoned CB 2 (General Business Zone), and is located on the east side of Fairview Avenue and the south side of Wetmore Road.
