SPEAKING PROCEDURE
1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker’s cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.
2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.
3. Speakers will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group.
4. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.
5. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

An ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Pima County, Arizona; relating to zoning amending Chapter 18.03 (General Definitions) to redefine the definition of a lot and amending the Pima County Code (Title 18) by establishing a new Chapter 18.70, Minor Lands Division; and amending Ordinance Number 1997-46 for fees for various services provided by the Development Services Department. 8) Co8-04-08 SUBDIVISION & DEVELOPMENT STREET STANDARDS MANUAL AND ASSOCIATED ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTERS 18.69, 18.73, & 18.75
An ordinance of Pima County; relating to transportation and zoning; deleting the current Subdivision Street Standards Manual and adopting a New Subdivision and Development Street Standards Manual that includes, among other things, comprehensive street development design standards, parking lot design standards, and a modification process; amending Chapter 18.69 (Subdivision Standards) of the Pima County Code by, among other things incorporating by reference a New Subdivision and Development Street Standards Manual, deleting certain street development design standards from Chapter 18.69 and amending the review procedures in Section 18.69.060; amending Chapter 18.73 (Landscaping, Buffering and Screening Standards) by amending Section 18.73.040.C to prohibit the location of bufferyards on a residential lot, and to prohibit the location of a required bufferyard within an easement or right-of-way for a private or public street; amending Chapter 18.75 (Off-street Parking and Loading Standards) by, among other things, deleting certain off-street parking development standards, modification provisions, and off-street loading requirements. Request of Richard Ecelbarger and Laura Cisneros for a waiver of platting requirements of the Agua Caliente – Sabino Creek Zoning Plan on about 3.30 acres from SR (Suburban Ranch) to CR-1 (Single Residence) on a property located approximately 2,200 feet south of Ft.Lowell Road on the west side of Spirit Dancer Trail. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Agua Caliente – Sabino Creek Zoning Plan and conflicts with the Pima County Comprehensive Plan Co-7-00-20. (District 4)
