More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The
Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a
large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two
persons could represent the group.
4. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited
to Commission and staff.
5. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

MODIFICATION OF REZONING CONDITIONS (SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE)
FOR PUBLIC HEARING
9) Co9-99-25 PALO VERDE PROPERTIES - PALO VERDE ROAD REZONING
Request of Palo Verde Properties, represented by Entranco, for a
modification (substantial change) of rezoning condition #10 and
#11, #10 requires adherence to the preliminary development plan
as approved at public hearing and #11 states the zoning as CI-2.
The applicant proposes changes to the preliminary development plan
to change the use to allow motorcycle dealer, auto repair and retail
buildings, add a second access point off of Palo Verde Road and
eliminate an access point from Gas Road, and correct the CI-2 to
CI-1. The subject site is about 14.17 acres and is located on the
northeast corner Palo Verde Road and Irvington Road. The proposed
rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan Co7-00-20.
