3. Speakers will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. More time may be granted at the discretion of the Chairman. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group.

22) Co9-99-09 PINETREE PROPERTIES - RIVER ROAD #2 REZONING
Request of Tucson Chinese Association Inc., represented by A.C. Tsang Engineering Group, Inc., for a modification of a rezoning condition #9 which limits the building heights to 24 feet and two stories. The applicant requests to modify this condition to allow a building height of 28 feet. The property owner also requests a modification of a rezoning condition #10 which requires adherence to the preliminary development plan as approved at public hearing. The applicant requests to modify the approved preliminary development plan to increase the allowable building square footage from 7,200 square feet to 26,508 square feet and to reduce the number of sports courts from three outdoor to one covered basketball court. The subject property was rezoned to TR (Transitional Zone) in 2000 and is located on the north side of River Road, approximately 600 feet east of La Canada Drive. (District 1)
