Call to the Audience

SPEAKING PROCEDURE

1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker's cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.

2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.

3. The applicant will speak first and limit presentation to 15 minutes. The applicant may request and may be granted additional time if Commission is notified prior to public hearing.

4. Individual speakers from the audience will have THREE minutes each to present testimony. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group. They may request and be granted additional time if the Commission Recording Secretary is notified prior to public hearing.

5. The applicant will then have five minutes to rebut points raised.

6. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.

7. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

5) Co19-01-03 INCLUSIVE HOME DESIGN (AKA VISITIBILITY CODE)
An ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Pima County; relating to Building and Construction; amending Section 2 of Ordinance 2002-2, the Inclusive Home Design Ordinance, which adopted by reference certain provisions of the American National Standard Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities Code, including Section 308.2 in its entirety, by amending Section 308.2 to repeal Subsections 308.2.2 and 308.2.2 (relating to obstructed reach); amending Exhibit "A", to Ordinance 2002-2 and amending the Pima County Code, Section 15.04.020.(A)(9), to indicate the repeal and deletion of Subsections 308.2.2 and 308.2.2; and amending Ordinance 2002-66, to clarify the required date of compliance with the Inclusive Home Design Ordinance. Requesting information from the County Administrator on to what degree does the 80% rule come into play on reviewing proposals? Discussion/Action

C) Consideration of initiation of zoning code amendment to require notification for Home Occupation Permits. Discussion/Action

D) Update Buffer Overlay Zone Ordinance to include all new public preserves, including La Cienega National Conservation Area and Ironwood National Monument.
