SPEAKING PROCEDURE

1. All speakers will position themselves so they can approach the podium as quickly as possible.
Please submit speaker's cards to the Commission Recording Secretary.

2. Those wishing to speak must sign in and state name and address.

3. The applicant will speak first and limit presentation to 15 minutes. The applicant may request and may be granted additional time if Commission is notified prior to public hearing.

4. Individual speakers from the audience will have five minutes each to present testimony. The Commission requests that they not be repetitive. When there is a large group wishing to speak, it will be appreciated if one or two persons could represent the group. They may request and be granted additional time if the Commission Recording Secretary is notified prior to public hearing.

5. The applicant will then have five minutes to rebut points raised.

6. Public hearing will then be closed and debate will be limited to Commission and staff.

7. Commission votes on motion and the outcome is announced.

An ordinance of the Pima County Board of Supervisors, relating to zoning; amending the Pima County Zoning Code by amending Chapter 18.03 (General Definitions) to reference additional definitions; and Chapter 18.07 (General Regulations and Exceptions) to amend Section 18.07.030H (Communication Towers) to add definitions for types of communication facilities; to provide development standards for wireless communication towers and appurtenances located within the public right-of-way; and to amend and clarify the development standards for wireless communication towers and appurtenances on private property. 10) Co9-78-56 HINDMAN - ORANGE GROVE ROAD REZONING
Request of Alan and Mary Klem, represented by MJM Consulting, Inc., for a modification (substantial change) of rezoning condition #15, to allow the additional use of a charter school. Rezoning condition #15 states, "Uses are restricted to retail commercial, restaurants or child care centers." The subject site was rezoned to CB-1 in 1979 and is located on the south side of Orange Grove Road, approximately 300 feet east of the intersection Orange Grove Road and Camino de la Tierra. 11) Co23-01-02 LAS CAMPANAS SPECIFIC PLAN (FIFTH AMENDMENT)
Request of Lawyers Title of Arizona, Inc. TR 7775-T and TR 7938-T, represented by The WLB Group, Inc., for rezoning of approximately 0.5 acres from RH (Rural Homestead Zone) to SP (Specific Plans, Las Campanas Specific Plan, adopted as Ordinance No. 1992-117 as amended), and for a modification (substantial change) to increase the maximum allowable lot coverage in the MDR land-use classification from 50 percent to 65 percent for single-family dwellings in Planning Areas (Blocks) C, D, E, L, and M. The subject property for the rezoning is located at the northwest corner of La Canada Drive and Desert Bell Drive.
